When to contact us
Bugs and technical issues: If something doesn't work as expected - a game won't load, scores don't save, or you see an error - please email us. To help us fix it faster, include your device type (e.g. Windows PC, iPhone, Android tablet), browser name and version (e.g. Chrome 120, Safari 17), and what you clicked or did right before the issue happened. Screenshots are welcome if they help explain the problem.
Feedback and suggestions: Ideas for new games, features, or improvements? We're always interested in what would make the site more fun or easier to use. Send us your thoughts and we'll take them into account for future updates.
Privacy or terms questions: If you have questions about how we handle data or our terms of service, check our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service first. For anything not covered there, email us and we'll do our best to clarify.
