Snake is a classic arcade game where you guide a growing snake to eat food and increase your score. Every time the snake eats, it gets longer—so the real challenge is staying in control and avoiding collisions with the walls or your own tail. Race your best run and see how far you can go on each difficulty.

How to play 🎮

• Start - Press Enter to begin and to select menu options.
• Move - Use Arrow Keys (or on-screen buttons on mobile) to change direction.
• Eat - When the snake reaches the food, it grows and your score increases.
• Stay safe - Don’t hit the walls and don’t crash into your own tail.
• Challenge yourself - Choose a difficulty level and try to beat the high score.

Snake strategy tips 🧠

• Plan more than one move - Try to choose a direction that still works after your next turn or two.
• Avoid trapping yourself - As the snake gets longer, corners reduce your escape routes. Leave space for a loop.
• Stay flexible on higher levels - When the speed increases, focus on creating quick turn options rather than "perfect" food paths.
• Use the walls wisely - You can move along walls safely if you keep an exit path so you don’t get stuck.
